Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
