- 1 head of cabbage (preferably red)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or plant-based margarine)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into thick steaks, about 1-inch thick.
