Ingredients

- 3–4 pound beef brisket with spice packet
- 1 yellow onion (quartered)
- 1–2 russet potatoes (1-inch chunks)
- 6 medium carrots (1–2 inch chunks)
- 1 head of cabbage (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Prep Corned Beef: Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Pour in 4 cups of water and place the brisket on the trivet, topping it with the spice packet.
- Cook: Seal the pot and cook on HIGH pressure for 70 minutes. Allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
