Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dice the red bell pepper and chop the parsley finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, diced bell pepper, drained black olives, banana pepper rings, crumbled feta, and chopped parsley.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
