Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedges are a delightful treat that will elevate any meal or snack time. These oven-baked wedges are seasoned with aromatic garlic, fragrant Italian herbs, and topped generously with grated Parmesan cheese, delivering a burst of flavor in every bite. Perfect for game nights, family dinners, or as a savory side dish to grilled meats, these potato wedges are not only easy to make but also healthier than traditional fried options. The combination of textures and tastes makes them irresistible to both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Toss the potato wedges in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again gently.
