- 2 tablespoons Russian dressing (or Thousand Island)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound deli corned beef (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons dried onion soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine drained sauerkraut with dressing and optional caraway seeds. Set aside.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and arrange the bottoms in a baking dish. Layer with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, and top with more Swiss cheese.
- Mix melted butter, onion soup mix, and poppy seeds; brush over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra dressing on the side.
