Ingredients

  • 4 oz whole wheat pasta noodles
  • 10 oz bagged slaw
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked edamame
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a jar, combine olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and minced ginger. Shake well to mix.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with edamame and slaw mix. Pour dressing over and toss with tongs until well coated.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
