  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until combined and cook until thickened.
