  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In another bowl, stir together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Assemble each wrap by placing BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center of the tortilla. Add optional toppings if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Slice in half and serve immediately.
